1. My husband - ok, I am thankful for him about 97% of the time. There is the 3% where I often forget how great he is (it helps that he just got home from his first business trip and I haven't seen him in days....)
2. My job - I really have a great job that I love and where I do actually get to make a difference in a very LARGE organization.
3. My family. Hands down I am so lucky. There have been people and issues in my family that come and go, but my sister and my parents are the greatest people in the world, and I can go to them with anything.
4. Anti-anxiety medication.
5. Wine. Wine makes any situation more tolerable.
6. My kids. (What does it say about me that I put wine before my kids?!) We worked long and hard to conquer infertility. I gave myself hundreds of injections, I think I had thousands of blood draws and ultrasounds (the dreaded dildo cam!), all to end up with two perfect angels (demons?) after our first IVF with ICSI. We are so blessed.
7. My parents. They will do anything and everything for me...over and over and over again. I know I can always count on them. Lucky is not a strong enough description...
8. My health. My kids health. My husband's health. My parent's health. My sister's health. I pray each day for my friends struggling...and pray it gets better.
9. My forever home.
10. My "new boss" - she is above me but below my "boss." She has made my job more pleasant. I can get things done. I can focus on the things I have been missing. I am able to be me at work again.
11. Coffee. I love the Toasted Coconut one that my aunt gave me for Xmas. I MUST get more. It's like vacation in a mug.
